Logging into AT&T Message Archiving on a new device
I was advised that our company is going to begin using AT&T Message Archiving. Since I have no experience with this system, does anyone know where I should start?

First, you need to get logged into AT&T Message Archiving. For your initial log in, AT&T Message Archiving requires multi-factor authentication. Access the login page and enter your username and password. A new page populates requesting a code which is sent to the email that you used during registration. Take a look at our tutorial “Logging in to the AT&T Message Archiving portal with a new device” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
