How many call lists does Directv have?
So, my mother had Directv for a little over a year. Then she died. A year ago. My phone number was the one connected to account, and every month, sometimes twice a month, I get a call from Directv trying to get a hold of my mother to tempt her back into their service.
She. Is. Dead.
I tell this to every single operator, and I've talked to over four different ones. All but the last had me on hold and then assured me my mother's name had been removed from the call list and I wouldn't be disturbed again. (This last one, I just hung up because I'm seeing nothing happening with call discussions. It was a new number so I'd answered. I had the previous number listed as "Directv Spam" on my phone.)
I'm sick of the "I'm so sorry"s that I get. Just leave me ALONE!
So, how many more call lists does Directv have so I can know how many more times I'll be harassed?
