Export message search results to Excel in AT&T Message Archiving

I’m looking to save a local copy of my AT&T Message Archiving message list. Do I have to save them one at a time?

You can export all your AT&T Message Archiving messages to excel at once. To do so, from the message list click on “Export All” at the top of the page. A pop-up displays with the options available for your exported file. Select your desired options and filename and then click the “Create Export” button. Check out our tutorial “Exporting all messages from a search to an Excel file in the AT&T Message Archiving” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
