Empty SMS messages from the AT&T network

Hello AT&T Business,

Our SMS messaging app is receiving numerous empty SMS messages from the AT&T network.

Oddly, the same SMS senders on the AT&T network, send empty and non-empty SMS messages to our customers.

Our customers are complaining about the incoming empty SMS messages from AT&T SMS customers who also send non-empty SMS.

This suggests that senders on the AT&T network are sending non-empty messages, but somehow the message bodies are being deleted.

This appears to be an issue with SMS sending inside the AT&T network, because we are not seeing this for any other SMS network, including Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.

To help you diagnose the issue, I can provide the source-code for the empty SMS messages from the AT&T network.

Apparently, most of these empty SMS messages originate from various hosts on mycingular.net.
