One of my AT&T Message Archiving users advised me that when their account was created the first name entered is incorrect. Where do I need to go to change that?

To edit the AT&T Message Archiving user’s information click on “Administration” in the menu to the left of the home screen. You can then click on the “User Management” link. The user list displays and you can click the “Edit” button to the left of the desired user.
