Is it possible to save an entire message in AT&T Message Archiving?

Yes, AT&T Message Archiving allows you to save messages into XML format. To save a message, navigate to and click on the desired message. Click on “More” at the top right of the page and select download. See our tutorial “Downloading a single message using the AT&T Message Archiving portal” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
