I routinely get questions about my office hours. Is there a way to send an automatic message for these types of inquiries?

Yes, you can use the “Keywords” feature in AT&T Landline Texting to send an automated message. Please see our tutorial, “Adding a keyword to trigger an auto-reply using the AT&T Landline Texting web application” for more information.
