    I need a mailing address to file my official complaint with ATT. Years of phone calls have resulted in failure to resolve. Why does ATT refuse to give a mailing address to file a complaint? Google and contact us research provides nothing.

    Hey my retention internet deal is going to expire soon. Last time I came here when I was having billing issues and it was resolved without any problems. So I am coming here again.     How can I escalate a problem past the customer service people who answer the phone to someone who can understand the problem and has the authority to actually do something? I've been trying to get problems solved since August. Every month I spend about an hour on the phone recapping everything, they apologize, say they will fix it and nothing happens.
