Why would you record calls if you don't go back yo them when it will favor your customers. Why would you not pass over a supervisor when your customers ask for one. I'm so disappointed

Who else can I contact about a billing error? This has went on for almost 6 months now and is still not corrected. I have called numerous times, chatted and even wrote a letter- none which seem to have helped resolved the situation on a promotion I was promised. Very frustrating!
