    How can I escalate a problem past the customer service people who answer the phone to someone who can understand the problem and has the authority to actually do something? I've been trying to get problems solved since August. Every month I spend about an hour on the phone recapping everything, they apologize, say they will fix it and nothing happens.

    My bills keep getting higher and higher, yet I keep paying monthly. Yet I had an over balance bill. I paid a portion and Internet just stopped working. I paid the remaining balance still, no internet. My balance says $0.00 yet I keep going to turn my internet on and says there's something that needs immediate attention.     Isn' there a reasonable price for a mid range internet that last year after year without having to call em up and beg for a lower price that only lasts a year.     No information has changed and payment card is valid and is currently being used without problems even as I type this. Why is this happenning?
