I am unable to find a mailing address or fax number for customer service. I make monthly phone calls to AT&T, which result in correction of bills, but monthly promises to correct future bills (from CSRs and supervisors) are made and then not honored, and they say I don't have "proof" of the agreement even though the bills are corrected each month. I have been with att internet for a very long time and never received an email like this. It said I went over my 150gb data plan? I didn't know I even had a 150gb data plan on my internet dsl service? I have always had unlimited data. I don't understand what this is all about?

Well, AT&T turned the DSL data usage meter back on and I am guessing no more going over limit without an extra charge. (as far as I know, the u-verse data limit is still unenforced.) Did the report, just as a lark as all I got in the past was an error message. Except now, it appears it IS in fact working. Not really sure how accurate their reporting is compared to my netm...
