My DSL has been dropping constantly over the last few months. We are on our 6th service outage since April. When I call in, I get asked to switch to U-Verse, even though I know there is no fiber line run to my house. Anything I can do to get my service back to reliable?

It has taken me 3 months for my bill to be corrected. My service was shut off last month and accts receivable sent for my service to be reconn. My services again have been disc and need accts receivable dept to turn service back on and now says they are closed ----I am severely upset and now have to wait until Monday to have service turned back on!!!!!!!!
