I need to get an adress research started for new construction.

Service IS available at my address as my inlaws right next door have DSL and phone service. Being a new construction it is not on the AT&T maps. I am having a bear of a time getting someone in customer service to understand this and get the address researched to show in the system. Any advice?

Could be in my situation just built a house A few years ago between my grandmother and aunt both have service with att they tell me it's not a serviceable are or there are no open ports

Uverse is not offered in this area. I did call in and request an address validation and was told I'd recieve a call back in two days but honestly I'm skeptical of that. Out of the many times I've been told that I have never recieved a call back.
