wi-fi connection

Im having a problem connecting to my wi-fi with my galaxy gophone. it says connecting then doesn't and keeps going back and forth with an occasional searching for networks. never connects. never had this problem before and other ppl connect just fine. any ideas?

You may have already tried these already but here are some suggestion:

  • go into settings and turn off wifi, wait a few minutes and turn it back on again.
  • go into settings and tell it to forget the network.  Wait a few minutes and go back and set the network up as joining a new network
  • go into settings and turn off wifi and restart phone, once restarted, turn on wifi
  • Contact tech support via customer service
