Hi. I'm new. I just signed up for a prepaid plan. When I signed up (7-28-14) I set my account to be autopay and charged my debit card. It would not let me start my service that day, but said it would start today (8-1-14). I've checked my account balance and my $25.00 has been added, but I still cannot use my phone. I've tried to call you, the 611 number, and a different phone to try to use it, but I keep getting a message that says "emergency calls only". Why is my service not working? I've waited almost a week to be able to use my phone and my payment was accepted.

Thank you for getting back to me! It turns out that my service DID activate when it should have, I was just not in the right area for my phone to oick up on the service from AT&T. It worked as soon as I got into an area with AT&T service.
