I was wondering do u offer a wifi plan for any cell phone preferrably week at s time.

There is no such thing.
If you are asking if you can get a short term prepaid cellular plan for your phone, yes, if you bring a compatible phone to ATT.
Plans are for 30 days. There is no such thing as a weekly plan.
