i wanna upgrade my go phone
I want to upgrade my go phone and I'm having issues. I he as far as asking if I want to upgrade my current phone then it takes me to a sign in page then to my account summary. So I have a phone in my cart but it won't let me purchase it without picking a service plan. I just want to replace my jacked up windows phone and I'm sooooo confused.

I definitely apologize that you are having issues with shopping for a new phone on the AT&T website! I love shopping, so I’m certainly here to help!
When upgrading or purchasing a new phone to use with your GoPhone account, it will require purchasing the phone at full retail cost or no commitment pricing since you are not on an installments (AT&T Next plan).
To shop for a new phone, you can go to the AT&T website, select Shop > Wireless > Prepaid GoPhone. All prices listed are going to retail prices.
