What is the expiration of my GoPhone Balance if I buy 10 months of $10 auto refill?

What is the expiration of my GoPhone Balance if I buy 10 months of $10 auto refill?

Or if I choose to buy two $50 refill cards?

Does the expiration change to 365 days once the balance reaches $100?

called in an found out that the expiration is only 365 days if I get an inital $100 refill card.

The expiration date defaults to the last refilled amount's expiration

$10 - Expires after 30 days
$15 - Expires after 30 days
$25 - Expires after 90 days
$50 - Expires after 90 days
$65 - Expires after 90 days

$100 - Expires after 365 days

So if you bought a $10 refill, then 29 days later bought a $25 refill card your new expiration date would be 90 days of the total prepaid balance of the account.

Buying two $50 cards would give you a $100 balance but only a 90 day expiration

are you sure? i think the total amount of the account balance is the basis of the new expiration date when it renews itself. for example lets say you had $50 good for 90 days on your account , and before the expiry you decided to add $10 wc is for 30 days. you mean to say the expiration date defaults to the last refilled amounts expiration which is 30 days, isnt that odd?

No so!

I just refilled with a  "90 day" refill card and it still only

advanced the next refill date for 30 days.

What seems to be the problem here?

Thanks, Jim...Smiley Sad
