What a joke

I'm trying refill my account after switching plans but all of my payment methods are being denied, including the account I used to refill my husbands go phone less than 30 minutes ago. Clearly there is an issue with AT&T. But I have no phone since I opted to change my plan. I had no idea AT&T would refuse all my payments.

How are you currently trying to set up the payment method? Are you doing this online?

 

There is currently three ways of making payments to the GoPhone account – From myAT&T, through our automated phone service, or through AT&T *Services.

 

For a step-by-step walk through, you can click on Refill your GoPhone account balance directly through the AT&T website.
