Transfer inactive at&t number to go phone

Good afternoon! I will be happy to share the requirements, and the process, to transfer an AT&T postpaid phone number to a GoPhone account.

One of the requirements for eligibility regarding the line transfer is the number in question cannot have an active AT&T Next installment plan. The postpaid account must be current, and the number active to migrate to a pre-paid account.

Please keep in mind the account holder will have to make the request to change the account type. The easiest way to accomplish this task is to visit one of our stores. Our Store Locator will help find the nearest one to you. I hope you found this information helpful.
