Actually, if you share the same iTunes account, you can go into settings>messages>send & receive. Then check the iTunes account (aaa@bbb.com etc). Then use another device such as your iPad to receive/send texts from the same iTunes account. All her incoming and outgoing texts will show up on the other device as well. If you do this on YOUR phone as well, she will see your texts and know something is up.
