Rollover data missing
Same thing happened to me. I've been a go phone customer for going on month # 3. The first month I used 1.4gb of data. So 1.6gb rolled over into month 2. So in month 2 I had 3gb plus a spare 1.6gb of high speed- if needed(I never needed it and it's only good for month 2). However, in my 2nd month, I only used 1.8gb of data in tota of the allotted 3gb. So, out of the 3gb I pay for every month, I should have had 1.2gb of rollover into month 3. Yet, i just topped up month #3, and when I log on it reads I only have 3gb of total high speed data, and 0 rollover. I think it's unfortunate if the billing system is totally wrong.

Why do people use the word scam when things go wrong? It isn't a scam. It works
perfectly well for millions of customers.
If the is an error call 611 from your phone and ask what happened.
