Replacement SIM
Hi everyone. Quick question. If I get a replacement SIM card, how do I activate it so my phone number stays the same? Do I have to do this in store, or can this be done over the Internet? Sorry if I sound dumb lol!!

Hi @SamsonGoitom19, you can visit any AT&T Corporate Store to obtain a SIM card for free. Or, if you don't live near one of our stores, you can contact customer service as well.
If you choose to go into an Authorized Retail Dealer (Elite Wireless, Best Buy, etc) there may be a charge, but we won't have any control over that transaction.
I encourage you to go to our Store or Contact Us to obtain the new SIM.
Thanks

I have a ATT micro SIM now, but need a ATT nano SIM to fit in my new phone. Some customer rep, in one of the att stores near my place said it would cost me $25. is it really true ? i thought there won't be any charge or may be a minimum charge..$25 is crazy just for a SIM.

@jamesbond.dand I believe it's free at the corporate stores.
That store might not have been.
I think they'll do it on the ophone too, but then you need to wait for delivery.
