Hey there @Barbie216!
That’s a great question!
At the moment, you cannot transfer GoPhone balances from one line to another, or cash the balance out.
The main way you can transfer these funds is by converting your GoPhone account to Postpaid. This will switch you to a conventional plan and your balance will be applied as credit to the new account!
