Refund

I recently just filled my balance with 45.00 for my monthly plan. I wasn't sure if it had went through so I accidentally added 45.00 more dollars so now I have over the amount that I need I was wondering how do I get that money back in my bank account?

Thank you for bringing your concern to us. I will be more than happy to provide you some information to address this question, as well as options.

 

The best way to confirm payments are processed correctly is by accessing your myAT&T account. Once you log in, you will see your current rate plan balance. To review payments history, please go to the Account History tile > History Type drop down menu and select the information you wish to view.

 

While GoPhone service does not process refunds, any remaining balance on your account can be used to cover the next plan’s period. In addition, I highly recommend enrolling in AutoPay, so you never have to worry about missing a payment.
