Rate plan renewal error

My monthly direct debit has been taken but I keep receiving messages telling me that my rate plan has not renewed?? my phone is now not working for in going or outgoing calls??

Contact gophone customer service at 800-901-9878 or the ATT number 800-331-0500 to get this worked out.
