Possible recover of lost rollover credit

I've had a Go Phone for the last two years and I've been pretty consistent in keeping the account active. Last weekend, I was a bit under the weather and I lost track of the time. On Monday, I realized my error and had refilled the account (a little more than 12 hours past the deadline). To my surprise, an account that had over $117 was reduced to $0 and eventually refilled back to $35. Is there something that can be done in recovering all that money that was "lost" or at least a portion of it. I would really appreciate that. Thanks.
