Paying for ringtones with Go Phone

So I have a Go Phone, the LG Neon one to be exact. I like these because I don't like being bound to contracts or plans and it makes it much easier.

However, I only just got this and is my first AT&T phone so far. 

My phone supports it so I was wondering how would a ringtone, or answer tone, or graphic/game, etc. be payed for if I bought it with this go phone since I have no plan or contract? 

Would it sutract it from my minutes balance?
