Ordering online, help.

Okay, so very recently, the 2nd of December. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Express Prime. It was supposed to be $29.99 with the purchase of a $45 refill card. So, I paid for my order, completely. Now I've received two emails from at&t so far telling me I need to update my payment method or my order will be cancelled. The phone already arrived, but the prepaid card did not. Is there a reason that they didn't just upload the $45 to my balance? Why couldn't they just give me a pin number for it?

The promotional offer requires the payment for the airtime card and the phone at the same time. You will want to make sure the Payment information matches the billing information on the account to avoid any potential errors.
 


You will want to check with your bank for any errors as well, which may be causing the delay. The airtime card may be included with the device if they were ordered together depending on stock within the warehouse, but they can be sent separately.

Well, i had already ordered everyt hi ng and my order was cancelled, I spent hours on the phone and talked to a man named Jerry, he told me there was some sort of internal error when the order was cancelled and there was some mention of an escalation team, but bottom line, he said they would be in touch the next day, and I haven't tecieved a call since. I just want the $45 card like I paid for. Can't you just add the money to my balance and not even send a refill card? This could have been resolved weeks ago.
