Monthly plans questions need help..

It is $25 for 90days? And the 50MB data package by $5 for every month?

Where did this info come from?  It is my understanding that all pre-paid plans are for 30 days.

I was using this reffil card to reffil my amount. It shows that...( underline ) , And I sure I using the 10 cents per min plan reffil by every three month.

Yes, this is correct. Adding $25 to your account will add 90 days to your account expiration date. The 50MB data package must also be purchased separately every month. Remember, you do not have to use a data package if you do not want to.

If I change the 10cents plan to the $25 monthly plan, It still $25 for 90days right?

I need to buy the data package every month right?

Yes, those refill amounts are correct. Signing up for the $25/monthly plan will add 90 days to your account expiration date just the same as if you were using the $0.10 per minute plan.

You are correct in the fact that all monthly ($25, $40, $50, $60) prepaid plans last for 30 days. The information posted above lists all of the refill amounts with their correlating account expiration dates. For example, adding $15 will push back the expiration date 30 days, and adding $25 will add 90 days to the expiration date. Adding $100 to your account will let it remain active for an entire year. 

 

Hope this helps clear up some confusion!

The refill amount will add 90 days to your account expiration date, but the plan itself will not last 90 days. It will only last 30 days, hence why it is called a "monthly" plan. For example, for three months of service, you will need to pay $75 if you are interested in switching to the $25/monthly plan. 

 

And yes, you will need to buy the data package separately every month you'd like to use it.

I think that there is some confusing information and terminology that is listed when you look at your account on the Pay As You Go site.  

 

Account Balance -  No issue there.  I just paid added $40 for next month ($40 plan).

 

Rate Plan Expiration Date -  No issue there.  That shows when my 30 day periods are up and if I don't have money there or on auto pay my service won't work.

 

The two I don't understand are Account Balance Expiration Date and Cancel date which are 3 and 5 months from the date I last added funds.

Indeed, it can be confusing when trying to understand all at once - especially for new customers.

 

Your account balance expiration date is however much time you have left until your balance expires. In your case, you have 3 months, which is a comfortable place to be. Every time you add money, it pushes back the expiration date anywhere from 30 days to 90 days, and even up to a full year. Any remaining funds on your account will be forfeited once the account balance expiration date is exceeded. 

 

Your cancel date would be an extra 60 days or 2 months from the date of your account expiration date. Once the account balance expires, there is a 60-day "grace period" that will allow your account to remain active even with a balance of $0.00. Should the account exceed the listed cancel date, the entire account will expire, losing your phone number and other information associated with the account. A person would have to create an entirely new account should they decide that they would like to continue using prepaid GoPhone services.
