Liars @ AT&T

I enrolled a goPhone plan last Friday with AT&T specialist Yash at AT&T store Steel Street, Denver. I explained what for I need a prepaid card and he recommended a goPhone plan but he forgot to tell us a important detail. After that I decide not to enrol the sim card but it was to late as he already charged my credit card. As I had no choice anymore than keep the sim card he promised to add a 25,- USD to my account as soon the manager is back. Of course he didn't. So I called next morning at the store and some other colleague told me Yash is not in but he knows about the case and the manager will add the credit later today on my account. Again that was a lie. They never gave me the credit they promised. So what I found in that store was only liars. They push you to enrol a plan and lure you with even more lies ! As I'm not in the US for a few weeks I tried to get a AT&T email contact but there is non beside this forum. 

I'm normaly a TMobile customer and just tried AT&T but this is absolutly disapointing. Does any one here knows what I could do to get the credit this store guy promissed ???

All prepaid plans are non refundable, for all carriers.  $25 credit for what?    That's not going to happen because there is no reason it should.

I tell you for what. The AT&T guy explained the plan wrong and told us as he is not familar with the plan but to find answer all our questions he has to create a account and need my credit card details to do so. He told me he can stop that at any time.

After he created the account he charged my credit card with a 25,- USD prepaid credit. And just after that he explained the details of the plan to me. As the plan was not what I expected and told him to stop it he told me he can not refund the 25,-USD. Of course I was annoyed and than he told me to give me a extra 25,- credit to get along with the plan and give AT@T a chance. But it was just a lie to get me out of the store. 

So next morning I called and they knew about that case and some other guy told me I can be sure latest saturday afternoon I'll have the extra credit on my account. But again a lie. Hello ist that what customers can expect from  AT&T ??? So lizdance40 don't judge me ... If you have a useful idea your welcome but not in that tone.

for one why in the world did you let the rep set up your phone with your CC number?  Make sure auto pay is TURNED OFF on your new account or you will be billed next month.  Liz is right your never going to see that 25 bucks it was a lie to get you out the door.

Thanks @GLIMMERMAN76. This guy told me he needs the CC to create a account. He said after creating the account he can check the exact conditions of the goPhone plan. And he said he can stop the process when ever I want. 

I know now he diddled me but I never expected in a AT&T store. This store is not just retailer this is a AT&T store. 

Anyway I checked the settings. But is anyone here who can give me a cusomer support email ???

Needed a credit card to set up an account you were not sure you wanted?   Honey, didn't the red flags go up?   This sounds like an authorized retailer, what makes you think this is a company store?  Address?  There is no company store on Steele street.

 Any ATT employee and some customers can tell you the plans, they are published online for anyone to see.
