I think there is a problem with the charge on my purchase

Hello,I wonder about one point. Is the$25 Refill card necessary. I just checked my bank account, and realizes that $120 got subtracted from my account instead of $94. I assume that AT&T charged an additional monthly fee, and I thought the Refill card will be my monthly fee for the first month. I do not know why I should pay $50 instead of $25 for my first month. Please let me know what I should do.

Did you by chance purchase the $25 data package along with your rate plan?  I suggest visiting here http://www.att.com/esupport/article.jsp?sid=KB92527#fbid=vHiROW4c98R for options to manage your account and get assistance.
