I cant unlock my phone. When i try to unlock it i recive a email and it says that i havent been active the last 6 months, but i was paying all on time.

It is saying you haven't completed 6 months of paid service with this phone. Gophones are sold subsidized. You must complete 6 months of continuous service with ATT, then it can be unlocked.

But i have payed the last 6 months. I cant use the phone becouse i am not from the US. I was u the US for 3 months on a student woek and travel program. I asked when i bought my phone can i unlock it and the workers sad yes u can and to be sure i went to another at&t store explaned everything and thay sad yes to. I dont know what is the problem now?
