Call customer care at 611 from your wireless phone or call the payment center at 1-866-499-7888 when it asks for your payment method, press # a few times and the system will transfer you to a payment specialist, Let the prepaid specialist know that you would like to cancel the auto pay option.

If you manage your account online, you can also stop autopay by logging into your account:
If you have a payment pending, you'll see a "cancel this payment" link. You do not have to stop autopay completely if you only want to cancel the current payment.
