Call customer care at 611 from your wireless phone or call the payment center at 1-866-499-7888 when it asks for your payment method, press # a few times and the system  will transfer you to a payment specialist, Let the prepaid specialist know that you would like to cancel the auto pay option.

Thanks Irish Rose!

jackie - you can also take a look at this article for tips on cancelling your auto pay: http://www.att.com/esupport/article.jsp?sid=KB408923#fbid=klTv5JbXE79

If you manage your account online, you can also stop autopay by logging into your account:

  1. Log in to myAT&T.
  2. Hover over Bill & Payments at the top of the page, and then select Manage AutoPay.
  3. Select Discontinue AutoPay.
  4. Select Submit.

If you have a payment pending, you'll see a "cancel this payment" link. You do not have to stop autopay completely if you only want to cancel the current payment.

Hope this helps and welcome to the community!
