Gophone deactivated by mistake

My service was stopped when I was trying to set up auto pay and it changed my plan and ended my service before the end date. How can I turn it back on without paying for a whole other month of service?

Good afternoon, and welcome to the Community Forums! Having your plan change without warning is definitely concerning, and I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

 

When changes are made to the GoPhone account, they will take effect immediately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience, and I would like to see if I can get the AutoPay and your plan set up for you.

Thank you but I was helped today by someone and they fixed my problem. The prorated the rest of my days left for the cycle I played for. And I was switched to the $2 a day program and my account was credited the amour to cover those days left on my cycle. Although I lost my data Im glad my service for calling and texting was given back to me and credited to my aaccount. Thank you

I also sent this to you in the private message but I wanted to post the solution to this problem so someone else knows what to do do in the sane situation!
