Go Phone Plan renewed but the data did not it stills shows the data from last month
The plan was paided for on the 23 on February and the plan renewed on the 25 of February but the data did not. I am worried

Welcome to the Community Forums! I appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. I understand the concern can grow when you’re not seeing what you should on your account. I’d be delighted to share some info with you.
It can take a little while for the account to re-register after renewing the plan. If you’re able to access data on your device, but it isn’t showing on your account, it could be an issue with the website. Also try power cycling the device to see if this will help out. If you’re set up for AutoPay, your payment will withdraw on the date your plan renews as well.
