Disabling Autopay in 2017
I'm looking to disable Autopay on my Gophone. I was unable to locate where to do this in my account seeing as all the information on this website about it is outdated. I used a gophone card to add money into my account, assuming that after doing so I would be able to choose what plan I wanted to have for the month. To my surprise it autopayed the plan I was on already -- which isn't even the one I'd like to use.

I totally understand how important it is to disable Autopay from your GoPhone account. I am sorry you are having this issue and would be more than happy to help with this.
We have a great esupport article which provides steps on how to disable Autopay. You will want to Log in > select Home> Manage AutoPay > select End Autopay> Follow the prompts to confirm Cancellation of your AutoPay.
