Credit/debit card refund

I have called the store concerning my refund the machine in store double charged my bank I finally got a hold of the manger to process my refund but he never informed me of long it will take for the $45:to get back on my bank card please help this has long wait

Sorry for the trouble you had with that store machine! I’m glad they have the refund processing for you!

 

The refund should process within 24-48 hours, however it can still take up to 5 business days to appear on your account information.

this is bullcrap im waiting on a refund for over two grand to get back into my back account and ive been on the phone with att today for over an hour and still waiting was told that they could email my bank to let them know that its been cancelled etc etc its all a big lie. ATT (Edited per community guidelines). place an order they said it would be here the next day and the cancelled it the same day that i placed the order ATT dont care

I was told it would take 24-48 hours, so I asked, after 24 hours, if there was an update and I was told it was take 15 minutes. Then I waiting 30-45 minutes and chatted with staff again and was told it would take 24-48 from that time. Then I received a phone call and was apologized to about the misinformation about the 15 minutes and that it would take 24-48 from that time (about 10 minutes after the most previous time.) and then the rep said it would be on my account at midnight.

 

I cancelled because the original appointment was rescheduled by the tech. The second appointment, I was told I needed to allow access to a room in the basement that only the apartment complex manager has access to. The third appointment was a no show for the tech.

 

I've stayed up all night. It's 4:02AM and the refund is not in my account. Could you explain to me what is going on with my money? The services I requested originally were never even installed and I am still without my $100.

I call today bout my refund and they told me it will be refunded and they already refund me but how long does it take to appear on my bank account?
