Charged the wrong GoPhone plan

Despite changing to the $30 gophone plan, I was charged the same $60 plan I was on before. How do I get this reimbursed?

Are you using AutoRenew to purchase the packages or was this an error with the manual package purchase?

Yes, I was using autorenew, but I assumed that it would just charge me the
cost of the new plan. I have removed autorenew since the recent charge.
