Can't login to new GoPhone account
After successfully activating my phone with the new SIM card I received, I tried logging in and received this message, "Error!
The wireless number you entered is not associated with a valid GoPhone subscriber. Please check the number and try again." Is this because my number hasn't transferred over yet? When I check the transfer status it says "confirmed".

Thank you for bringing your concern to the Community Forums. I apologize you are having issues logging into your account. It’s my pleasure to help with some solutions.
When you try to access your online account, are you using the same number you activated the SIM card with? When you say you transferred your number in, was it a port from a different company? I’m going to send you a link to see if this one will work better.
If you are still having problems logging in, I would suggest clearing the Cache for your browser and try to log in again. If this does not work, there is also the option of trying a different browser. For example, if you are using Chrome please try to log in using FireFox.

I still cannot login. I am porting my number from a different company, and the port status has been "confirmed" for 5 days.

The best way to identify what is causing this error message is by accessing your account, and ensuring your wireless number has been transferred to our service successfully. To verify this, please make sure your phone shows service and you are able to place calls.
If it doesn’t, please try activating your SIM card through this link. In the event the issue persists, I recommend contacting our GoPhone customer service team at 800-901-9878. This way we can investigate in more depth, and get this situation taken care of.
