I got a text message on June 14 as a reminder my phone bill will occur in 2 says for $185. Today my card is charged $200.26, same as last month and last month I had 1 more line than I do this month, so why am I being charged the same amount for 3 lines as I was for 4 lines?

We can't see your bill. If the bill was already produced 3 weeks ago for $200, then auto pay would still be on that bill for last month. If you dropped a line during that bill period, the credit for the partial month would appear on the next bill. Your next bill would be reduced by the full line fee, plus a partial (prorated) month line fee.
