Autopay needs to be fixed for GoPhone customers

Seriously, AT&T. What is going on. You advertise an autopay feature and then make that feature unavaible to your GoPhone customers? From what I've read on your forum, a LOT of customers are unable to setup their autopay and save the $60/year that you advertise.

 

Tha's False Advertising and it's illegal.  Please fix this ...

 

And, what's up with Chat not being available for GoPhone customers? I'll bet you almost anything they make up the majority of your phone customers. Do you really think it's good business  to be treating them this poorly?

 

I'm disappointed in you AT&T; you used to be a good company.

You can manage your refill through your online myAT&T account. A log-in will be required to continue. Log in to myAT&T using your 10-digit wireless number and 4-digit password (initially the last 4-digits of your wireless number), go to Profile & Settings to manage your Refill. The refill pin number is only applicable if you’re refilling using a pre-paid card. If you plan to enroll in Auto-refill or refill manually you do not need a refill pin number.

 

You can also contact the GoPhone Customer Service Department at 1-800-901-9878. More information about how to manage your refill can be found on our website.
