Auto-refill did not work for GoPhone & expired
I have my GoPhone monthly auto-renewal text message that my rate plan will renew on 02/23/17 . My bank account was charged the correct amount. A day later, I received a text that my rate plan did not renew on schedule and that I needed to refill. I logged into my online account and it said my regular monthly plan expired on 02/23/17. But my bank account was charged already, so how can that be?
I can't make any phone calls now because my plan supposedly expired.
I had to manually refill my account by paying a second time for a service I've already paid for this month.
