Already travel abroad, how to add Passport plan
Hi,
I've arrived China, and now my phone has no signal at all.
I want to add Passport plan - $40/month, however, I tried all day but couldn't find it in "myat&t".
When I find "passport - get start", the page requires me to login into "myat&t", then everything remains the same.
Then, how can I add the Passport to my account? Is there a email address allows me to contact with custom services?
I don't have the app btw.

@Linlsq You don't need the app.
Q. How do I contact Customer Care from abroad?
A. If you have problems or questions while roaming outside the U.S., call AT&T at +1-916-843-4685 (a free call from your wireless phone).
* In the U.S.: Call 611 or 800-331-0500
WARINING! Overseas doesn't work with GoPhone though. Maybe that's why you can't add it....
