I pay for call forwarding as my business landline goes out frequently. The problem I have is if I have no dial tone I cannot put my call forwarding into effect. Right now my landline is out, I have no dial tone, and I was on CHAT for help for 30 minutes and they said they would activate it for me, and here it is 2 hours later and still not working. I am losing customers.
