Small Business System 1080 Transfer to Voicemail while Call is in Use

We have the small business system 1080 and I have read through the manual several times but cannot figure out how to transfer a call to voicemail while the line is in use. For example, if my boss is on line 1 and I answer a call on line 2, how do I transfer the call on line 2 to his voicemail on line 1?

Hello @meganhaakenson,

 

I checked for you and that feature is not available, however there are other features on that phone that you can use such as auto attendant and general mailbox.
