we had a second line installed through our u verse business account. The line coming in through the wall has a data port, connected to uverse, and a phone line, connected to Ext port on fax machine. The fax then has a phone line running to the line 2 on the att phone. Line 1/L1+L2 runs to the uverse port phoneline 1 and 2. This is how the installer put everything.
So what I need is Line 1 to ring then if it is busy then ring at Line 2. If line 2 is busy then go to a voicemail. I also need to use the fax machine using either phone number from line 1 or line 2 (preferably line 2).
