Refund for prepaid activation card
Purchased for senior on a fixed income, he decided to go with a less expensive service, but can't get card refund. I am his care giver, please respond! Lenore *** *** ***-****

Currently, PREPAID refill cards, PINs, opened SIM Kits, and funds deposited into a PREPAID account are not refundable.
