I have 2 phone lines with rollover at my business. I have 2 phones located at the front counter, both brand new ATT ML 17929. say both lines ring, employee puts them both on hold and continues with line 1. Different person answers line 2 on the other phone and roughly 30 seconds later the phone disconnects. Why? Any suggestions? I replaced the phones thinking that could be the problem but I am assuming its an install issue but can't figure out what.
