Forwarding AT & T Lines

Forwarding AT & T Lines

I manage an answering service in Virginia and have a Houston based client the needs to forward her AT & T lines. She says her calls wont forward, but we'd like to confirm how business lines are forwarded. It could be her phone system, but, if not, can we confirm what's the normal method to forward lines from AT & T?

Also, this is a landline that is being forwarded. Not a cell phone
