Dropped calls
We just changed to the internet phone system and have been experiencing a lot of dropped calls in the middle of our conversations. This is unacceptable as this is a business and it is a real problem!!
We cannot get or send faxes which we were not aware of either and this is a problem.
Please let me know right away how these problems can be addressed
